Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for InfiniteResultz:
1. Appointment Cancellation:
- Clients are required to provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
- If a client cancels their appointment within 24-48hours of the scheduled time or fails to show up for the appointment, they will be charged a cancellation fee.
- The cancellation fee will be equivalent to a percentage of the total service cost or a flat fee, as determined by the salon.
3. Rescheduling:
- Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments without incurring any additional charges, as long as the salon is notified at least 72 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24-48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Exceptions:
- In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, the salon understands that last-minute cancellations may be necessary. In such cases, the cancellation fee may be waived at the discretion of the salon.
